As a client, you are responsible for providing timely and accurate information and feedback required for the successful completion of your project. You must also adhere to payment schedules as outlined in your project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Dabar Creative retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to code, designs, graphics, and software, unless otherwise specified in a project agreement. Privacy and Data Security Dabar Creative respects your privacy. We will collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be outlined in your project agreement. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays or termination.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or contract if the other party is in breach of its obligations. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to our services should first be addressed through negotiation and communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with local laws.
Liability and Warranty
Dabar Creative will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from our services. Any warranties will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
